When passing a truck, don’t move back in front of it until you can see its entire front profile in your rear mirror. At minimum, the truck’s complete windshield must be visible. Failure to Account for Road Conditions

Driving 65 mph over black ice because the speed limit signs say it’s OK is obviously reckless. Doing this when the road is wet and full of puddles is also reckless. Not Using Turn Signals
Failing to signal before turning seems like a very small infraction to most people. However, the accident caused by colliding with someone in the driver’s blind spot because he didn’t signal is anything but small.
